Stairway to heaven

I found the stairway to heaven.

It started from your heart 

and ended in mine.

I found the stairway to heaven.

It was on the middle of the path we treaded,

a place no one could find.

I found the stairway to heaven.

We climbed it up to the top,

just to find that we forgot

the key to the heavenly lock.
